Account data: When you sign in with Google (via NextAuth), we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We store this to identify your account and personalise your experience.

Usage data: We collect anonymised data about which tools you use, how often, and general interaction patterns. This data does not identify you personally and is used to improve the platform.

Tool inputs: Text you paste into tools such as the AI Detector, Grammar Checker, or Paraphrasing Tool is sent to our AI API to generate a result. We do not store this text after the request is completed. Image inputs for the Background Remover are processed entirely in your browser and are never sent to our servers.

Cookies & local storage: We use cookies to maintain your session and local storage to track your usage count across visits. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Log data: Our servers automatically log standard web server data including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes.

• Supabase — stores account and usage data in a secure database.

We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other parties beyond those listed above. We may disclose data if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure database access controls, and regular security reviews. Your account is protected by Google's OAuth system, which means we never see or store your Google password.

Despite these measures, no internet transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from the platform.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it for a longer period.

Tool input text (text entered into AI tools) is not stored after the API response is returned. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.
